French Heritage Society | Thanksgiving Dinner 2025 | At La Bristol Paris

The dinner itself was elevated by the creativity of Chef Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Executive Chef of Le Bristol, home to the three-star Épicure. Every element of the evening was infused with artistry and attention to detail, creating an atmosphere that was both celebratory and intimate.

Proceeds from the event will support the 2025 restoration projects chosen by the Paris Chapter, including Château de Cons-la-Grandville (Meurthe-et-Moselle), Château de Mortiercrolles (Mayenne), and @chateau_de_vaussieux (Calvados), continuing the Society’s mission of preserving France’s cultural and architectural treasures.

Special thanks were extended to Le Bristol for their warm hospitality, as well as the evening’s wine and champagne partners, @chateaulahaye1557 and @arlauxchampagneofficial, whose contributions enhanced the experience. Maison Gabrielle’s luxurious spice gifts added the final flourish, delighting guests and creating moments of conversation, inspiration, and shared appreciation.

This Thanksgiving Dinner was more than a seasonal gathering — it was a celebration of community, craftsmanship, and cultural legacy. With Maison Gabrielle’s curated selections at the center of the evening, the event became a lasting testament to the elegance, thoughtfulness, and refinement that define both the Society and the Maison itself.
