Cancellation policy

Welcome to the Maison Gabrielle Seasonal Subscription Box! By subscribing to our box, you will receive a curated selection of our premium spices and exclusive products, delivered straight to your door six times a year—once per season (every two months).

Please carefully review the following subscription policy:

Billing and Shipping
- Your subscription will be automatically billed every two months on the anniversary date of your initial purchase.
- Boxes are shipped out in the first week of every ship month.
- You will receive a shipping notification via email once your box has been dispatched.

Subscription Cancellation
- You are eligible to cancel your subscription after receiving your third box (in your sixth month of subscription).
- Notice Period: You must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle.
- If you cancel during the first week  of a ship month, you will still receive and be charged for the box being shipped during that window.
  
Refunds and Returns
- Subscription box purchases are non-refundable once the box has been shipped.
- If there are issues with your box or its contents, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your box.

 Updates to Your Subscription
- You may update your billing information, shipping address, or manage other preferences by logging into your account.
- Any changes to your shipping address must be made at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to ensure they apply to the upcoming shipment.

Maison Gabrielle Individual Spice Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Maison Gabrielle’s Individual Season Subscription! With this subscription, you’ll receive a curated box of our premium spices and exclusive products, delivered either monthly or every three months, depending on your preference.

Please review the following subscription policy:

Billing and Shipping
- You will receive your subscription item either once every 2 months.
- Your subscription will be automatically billed based on the frequency of your purchase.
- Boxes are shipped during the first week of your designated ship month.
- You will receive a shipping notification via email once your box has been dispatched.

Subscription Commitments
- You may cancel after receiving your third box.
