Maison Gabrielle Subscription Shipping Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Maison Gabrielle's curated spice box! Below is important information about our shipping schedule and policies to ensure a seamless experience.
Shipping Frequency
Our subscription boxes are shipped every two months . You will receive a total of six boxes per year, delivered at the start of each new season.
Shipping Schedule
- Boxes are shipped during the first week of every ship month.
- Ship months are: January, March, May, July, September, and November .
- You will receive a shipping notification via email once your box is dispatched, including tracking information.
Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is up to date. Any changes to your shipping information must be made at least 30 days prior to the next shipment to avoid delays.
Missed Shipments
If your box is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you for an updated address and reshipping may incur additional fees.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship on time, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays may impact delivery times. If you haven’t received your box within 10 days of shipment, please reach out to our customer support team.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy outlines the bi-monthly shipping cadence and key details.
Our ship dates are mid February, May, August and November. You receive your box approximately one week after shipping. The date your package arrives can depend on the courier, holidays, customs clearance and your location in the USA or other European country. Providing you give us your cell phone number in your details, then you will be informed once your parcel is en route, and given a tracking number.
