On November 25, 2025, the Paris Chapter of The French Heritage Society welcomed guests to an unforgettable Thanksgiving celebration in the grand salons of Le Bristol Paris. The evening seamlessly combined French elegance with transatlantic tradition, bringing together supporters of arts, culture, and heritage in a warm, refined setting.
A highlight of the evening was Maison Gabrielle’s presence, which added a distinct note of Parisian sophistication through its curated gifts. The Maison presented a selection of signature spice collections, elegantly packaged to reflect its dedication to craftsmanship, luxury, and the sensory pleasures of French artistry. For the occasion, cinnamon sticks, sage, oregano, thyme, and herbes de Provence were chosen, perfectly suited to the fall and winter months, offering guests flavors that evoke warmth, richness, and seasonal comfort.
Attendees departed with these exquisite keepsakes, each a tangible expression of Maison Gabrielle’s artistry and Parisian refinement. Beyond their visual elegance, the gifts provided a sensory experience, allowing guests to carry a piece of the evening home and continue savoring its elegance long after the celebration ended. These thoughtfully curated offerings elevated the event, leaving a lasting impression of the Maison’s refinement and generosity.
The evening was brought to life under the expert guidance of Chef Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Executive Chef of Le Bristol, whose reputation as one of France’s most accomplished culinary artists precedes him. At the helm of the three-star Épicure, Chef Faye’s vision for the night seamlessly blended tradition and creativity, transforming the dinner into an experience that was as visually stunning as it was flavorful. Each element, from the careful selection of ingredients to the presentation of every dish, reflected a meticulous attention to detail and an unmistakable devotion to the craft.
The atmosphere in the grand salons of Le Bristol was at once celebratory and intimate, as if the centuries of Parisian elegance had been gently woven into the evening’s rhythm. The dining experience invited guests to savor not just the flavors but the artistry behind them, engaging all the senses and leaving a lasting impression of refinement and warmth. It was, in every sense, a feast for both the palate and the spirit — a celebration of creativity, hospitality, and the quiet luxury that defines Parisian dining at its very finest.
This Thanksgiving Dinner was more than a seasonal gathering — it was a celebration of community, craftsmanship, and cultural legacy. With Maison Gabrielle’s curated selections at the center of the evening, the event became a lasting testament to the elegance, thoughtfulness, and refinement that define both the Society and the Maison itself.
Special thanks were extended to Le Bristol for their warm hospitality, as well as the evening’s wine and champagne partners, @chateaulahaye1557 and @arlauxchampagneofficial, whose contributions enhanced the experience. Maison Gabrielle’s luxurious spice gifts added the final flourish, delighting guests and creating moments of conversation, inspiration, and shared appreciation.
Proceeds from the event will support the 2025 restoration projects chosen by the Paris Chapter, including Château de Cons-la-Grandville (Meurthe-et-Moselle), Château de Mortiercrolles (Mayenne), and Chateau de Vaussieux (Calvados), continuing the Society’s mission of preserving France’s cultural and architectural treasures.
