Ingredients
- 4 - 6 Salmon Filets | Skin Removed
- 6 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 5-7 Maison Gabrielle’s Dried Lemons | broken into small pieces
- 2 small slices of melted butter
- 1.5 tsp. Maison Gabrielle’s Piment Nora
- 3 tbsp. Maison Gabrielle’s Dried Dill
- 6 cloves garlic | finely minced1 1/2 - 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. of honey
- Maison Gabrielle’s Pink Himalayan Salt and freshly cracked peppercorns | to taste.
Directions
- Preheat your oven 350°F (80°C)
- In a small bowl add the extra virgin olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, Maison Gabrielle’s dried lemons, piment nora, dried dill, salt, black pepper, garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, honey.
- With am immersion blender on low speed blend till smooth. *If you do not have an immersion blender you can use a a small food processor - or whisk together for a more textured marinade.
- Place the Salmon in a greased baking dish. *You can grease your dish with butter or extra virgin olive oil.
- Brush the mixture over the top and sides of the salmon.
- Garnish with 1 Maison Gabrielle dried lemon slice per piece of salmon
- Bake for 30 to 35 mins or until a knife can poke through the salmon without resistance.
- Plate with grilled vegetables, rice and/or roasted potatoes.
- Garnish with a spring of fresh dill or parsley, freshly cracked black pepper and fleur de sel from Maison Gabrielle to taste.
