Ingredients
- 500g Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 of a cucumber | peeled, de-seeded, finely shred and squeezed
- 2 garlic cloves | grated
- 1 tsp of Maison Gabrielle’s Dried Mint
- 1 tsp of Maison Gabrielle’s Dill
- Juice of 1/2 of a Lemon

Maison Gabrielle’s Pink Himalayan Salt or Fleur de Sel (to taste)
Directions
- Place the yogurt in a bowl
- Add the Lemon Juice and stir through
- Before adding shredded the cucumbers them in cheese cloth or a thin paper towel and squeeze out as much juice as you can in another bowl.
- Then add the squeezed cucumbers and the grated garlic to the yogurt, mix thoroughly
- Finally, add Maison Gabrielle‘s dried mint and dill and mix thoroughly
- Add salt to taste
- Chill in the refrigerator till cold.

When its ready to eat, spoon it into a decorative bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with freshly cracked pepper and garnish with toasted pita wedges.
